Do you have your own competency framework?
We can load it into our system with ease. If not, that's fine. We can provide you with a standard questionnaire.

What rating scale would you like?
5, 6, 10? We'll talk you through the list of options.

Do you want text-based questions included?

We recommend this - some people express themselves better in words.

How many candidates do you want to review?

We don't specify a minimum number. From one to thousands, we see every project as equally important.

What elements do you want in your report?
We'll show you the options and discuss the benefits of each with you.
